Therapy that helps you understand, not just cope

If you’re dealing with something and it’s just been sitting in your head, going round and round, you’re not the only one. A lot of people feel stuck like that, without really understanding what’s underneath it or why it keeps coming back.

What usually helps is having someone who actually understands what you’re dealing with, can challenge you where needed, and help you move forward.

How I Work

Most people have already tried talking about their situation before. They’ve explained it, gone over it again and again, but nothing really changes. That’s usually because no one has actually helped them break it down properly.

When we work together, I’m not just sitting there listening. I’m actively helping you understand what’s going on, pointing out things you might be missing, and being honest with you about what needs to change.

Where it’s relevant, I also bring in a faith-aware perspective. That doesn’t mean judgement or telling you what you should be doing. It means helping you make sense of things in a way that actually aligns with your values.

At the same time, this isn’t about pressure or being pushed into anything. It’s about helping you see things clearly, so you can actually move forward.

Who this Is For

This is for you if you feel like something is not quite right, but you cannot fully explain it. You might find yourself overthinking things, going back and forth in your head, or feeling stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break.

On the outside, things might look fine. But internally, you know something is off.

You might have tried to deal with it on your own, or even spoken to people about it, but it has not really led anywhere. This is for people who are ready to actually understand what is going on and do something about it.

Book a Free Call

If you feel this approach makes sense for you, the first step is a short initial call.
This gives you the opportunity to explain your situation, ask questions, and see whether this is the right fit for you.
There is no pressure to commit.

About Me

Most people who come to me aren’t broken. They’re just stuck in something they don’t fully understand.

If that’s where you find yourself, you’re not the only one. It can be frustrating when something keeps going round in your head and you can’t quite make sense of it or move forward.

I don’t come into this work from a purely theoretical place. Like a lot of the people I work with, I’ve been through my own difficult periods where things didn’t make sense and nothing felt clear. Working through that is part of what has shaped how I approach my work now, and it helps me relate to the people I work with on a real level.

I’m not here to just sit back and listen without direction. That’s not how I work. We take a more active approach, where together we look at what’s actually going on, challenge patterns that aren’t helping you, and work towards something more stable.

A lot of people come to me because they’re not looking for traditional therapy. They don’t want something vague or passive. They want someone who will actually help them make sense of things and move forward.

That’s what I offer.

I’m Muslim, and my approach is grounded in my values and faith, but I work with people from all backgrounds. Where it’s relevant, I can bring in a faith-aware perspective, including support aligned with Islamic principles, but there’s no pressure and no judgement. It’s about helping you move forward in a way that actually makes sense for you.

I also understand how personal this can be. You’re not going to be judged or pushed into anything. The aim is to help you get clarity and move forward with a better understanding of yourself and your situation.
